2. I hereby declare that, prior to the date hereof, I have never been involved in any criminal, financial, or social offences, nor have I ever been punished for any such offence. I further declare that I have a reputation in society as a dedicated, dutiful, honest, and sincere social worker, and that I have an unwavering commitment to social service. My ultimate goal is to serve society through the protection of human rights.
3. The membership fee deposited by me shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. In the event of any action being taken against me for any improper or unlawful act committed by me, I shall not demand a refund of the membership fee.
4. If I fail to complete the formation of subordinate members within the prescribed time limit, in accordance with the instructions of the organization, my appointment letter shall automatically stand cancelled. I hereby willingly accept this condition.
5. I solemnly pledge that I shall always work as an honest, dutiful, and obedient worker committed to the objectives of the organization. I shall strictly follow the guidance, directions, and instructions of the National President and senior office bearers. I shall always remain committed to standing with, supporting, and protecting the truth, the vulnerable, and those who are oppressed by society.
6. I further agree to accept any warning or disciplinary action taken by the National President for any act committed by me in violation of the objectives or rules and regulations of the organization, and I shall accept such action as part of my discipline as a member of the organization.
